Proje Özeti

The BSB-LOGINET (Black Sea Basin Sustainable Logistics and Cooperation Network) project aims to enhance cross-border trade and institutional cooperation in the Black Sea Basin, specifically focusing on the logistics sector. Led by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Samsun (Turkey), Ajara (Georgia), and Varna (Bulgaria), the project addresses key regional challenges such as the lack of mutual trust, inadequate digital integration, complex customs procedures, and the need for environmental sustainability (green and blue economy principles).

To overcome these challenges and build capacity, the project's main activities include:

Conducting a regional logistics needs analysis and creating a sectoral roadmap.

Developing an AI-supported "Cross-Border Logistics Information Exchange Portal" to share data, best practices, and regulatory updates among regional actors.

Providing capacity-building training in logistics management and digital skills for young people and women to address the sector's qualified personnel shortage.

Organizing a "Logistics Technology Hackathon" to foster innovative and sustainable digital solutions.

Conducting study visits to European logistics centers and hosting an International Black Sea Logistics Summit to foster networking and observe best practices.
