Özet

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare cutaneous eruption characterized by generalized non-follicular sterile pustules. The most frequent causes are antibiotics, sulphonamides, and antipyretic analgesics. It is rarely reported to occur due to antituberculous medications. We present here a 27-year-old patient in whom AGEP developed 3 times after the same treatment while receiving a combination of isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide for tuberculous meningitis, in whom the causative drug was found to be pyrazinamide.
