Özet

Intrathoracic meningocele is an uncommon disease that is usually associated with neurofibromatosis (NF) in the literature. Majority of the cases in the literature are asymptomatic or present with a small cyst. The present case, which had been first determined in a routine health screening 12 years ago and recurred today, had no physical symptoms or clinical complaints suggestive of NF. In this report, we present an asymptomatic intrathoracic meningocele case along with radiological results which occurs to have reached a large size and is believed to have formed after a trauma.
