This study presents the design and implementation of a blockchain-based apple supply chain management system using the Ethereum platform and the Truffle-Ganache framework. The proposed smart contract, called AppleSupplyChain, defines role-based access for different stakeholders, including suppliers, cooperatives, distributors, and retailers. Each stakeholder can record, update, and store production, transportation, and retail data on the blockchain, ensuring traceability, transparency, and data integrity throughout the supply chain. The contract also maintains historical records of all transactions and enables tracking of the entire lifecycle of apple seedlings, from production to retail sale. A web-based interface was developed to interact with the blockchain. This interface allows users to track the current stage of products, view detailed transaction logs, and retrieve data via QR codes. The blockchain architecture used protects the integrity of agricultural supply chain records while also providing access control, authentication, and transaction security for cybersecurity. All supply chain workflows were simulated and tested on the system. The results showed that blockchain technology can effectively solve the problems of data reliability, transparency and process monitoring in agricultural supply chains
